Our Client; a leading provider of Serviced and Managed Office Space Solutions, are looking for passionate, talented and motivated Sales and Business Development personnel - (80-90% sales 20-10% operations) - to work within their prestigious Business Centres across the U.K.

The ideal candidate will be focused and experienced in:

  • Business Development within a B2B Solution Sales environment
  • Generating New Sales Leads
  • Generating New Business Leads
  • Maintaining Positive Relationships with existing Clients resulting in New Business Leads and encouraging Renewals and Expansions
  • Networking with local market including Agents and Brokers
  • Achieving and Maintaining Centre Sales Targets
  • Profit and Loss accountability
  • Management and Development of the Centre Team to ensure/create an exceptional office environment
