Further Redundancies in for Commercial Agents

Recession doom and gloom continues to effect Commercial Agents on both a UK and international scale with Knight Frank having reportedly laid off a quarter of its staff based in Spain according to commercial and residential property magazine Property Week.  Staff have been cut from both residential and commercial property sectors amounting to a total of 50 redundancies from Madrid and Seville branches.  As the downturn continues the light on the horizon for commercial agents looks faint, meanwhile the Serviced Office industry continues to ride the shaky economical conditions as reported recently in our article “Serviced Office Industry Success: Regus “Defies” Downturn and Avanta Enquiries Up“
