Job Description:
Our Client is a leading provider of Serviced Office solutions to the business community. This is a fast paced, dynamic and highly competitive market.
We are looking for a SALES PROCESS MANAGER whose key responsibility will be to develop a programme that monitors and reports on the usage and effectiveness of the current sales process.
The SALES PROCESS MANAGER will identify positive and negative trends within various areas of the business, communicate findings to relevant internal stakeholders and help to develop plans to remedy areas of concern.
Information collected from this programme will be pivotal in the shaping of the future of Company sales process which the SALES PROCESS MANAGER will play an important role in developing.
In addition to the above, the SALES PROCESS MANAGER will be involved in developing and piloting process changes, reporting and documenting results…and making recommendations for implementation.
