Serviced Offices Provider Avanta are embarking on an international expansion having recently invested in a combined total of 53,000 sq ft of Office Space in the Indian cities of Mumbai and Delhi.  The Serviced Office Market in India is currently on the rise and, thanks to a growing economy, seems set to be a good location for long-term property investment.  Avanta will be competing against fellow providers Regus who have already established a plethora of properties across the country.

  2. We have recieved information from Avanta that Statesman House, Connaught Place in New Delhi will be available for viewings during the 1st week of July, the centre officially opens its doors by 1st August at the latest.

    Oval House in Mumbai, which is close to the Bombay Stock Exchange, is scheduled to open around 15th September and Avanta’s 2nd Mumbai Centre, Platina in the prime commercial complex of Bandra Kurla, will follow soon after.

    It is worth noting that the offices in Statesman House, New Delhi and Oval House, Mumbai, are all EXTERNAL.
