Serviced Offices, Offices to Rent and Flexible Office Leases in Slough

Businesses considering an office move to Slough are spoilt for choice, with high quality Serviced Offices , offering companies flexible and short term leases in fully furnished offices, available in all areas of this thriving business location.

Having never really recovered from the heady heights of the IT and Telecoms boom of early 2000 Slough has to be one of the very best Thames Valley business locations.  With such a large and diverse choice of Serviced Office operators all competing for clients here, almost every type and size of business is guaranteed to find a bargain on some good quality offices suitable to accommodate their needs.  And, with the upcoming £400m investment for the Heart of Slough project secured, the town centre will shortly be undergoing a massive regeneration which is expected to bring in a further 34,000 sq ft of commercial office space.

In terms of industry the town has seen a major shift over the last 20 years from a manufacturing to an IT based economy.  Location is usually the selling point for companies looking to settle in the area with Slough benefiting from excellent communication links.  Situated within close proximity of Heathrow International Airport and with immediate motorway connections the town has proven to be a first choice location for many and has an impressive list of multinational companies from Mars to Network Associates, Computer Associates, PictureTel and O2. The Corporate Headquarters for Nintendo, Black and Decker and Amazon.com.

Each business will have specific location needs but whether you are looking to be positioned centrally in the town centre or along the ever popular Bath Road or Slough Industrial Estate, all of these locations have a good choice of Serviced Offices.

If you want to be central then operators Orega are based on the High Street.  The space is bright and contemporary and, with just a small portfolio of offices Orega has always retained an emphasis on customer service, providing clients with the personal touch whilst retaining the space to offer flexible leases on par with their larger competitors.

The largest provider of Serviced Offices in the UK, Regus Plc, are also in the centre on Herschel Street offering thoroughly contemporary space out of a large, modern building based a five minute walk from the station.   Closer to the station still is Abbey Business Centres on Stoke Road who again offer high quality space with modern fit out.

The busy Bath Road has several high quality serviced office options.  Closest to the town centre end of the Bath Road is Harvard who offer both Serviced and Managed office solutions.  Next is the second Regus property where offices are set in an impressive Sir Norman Foster-designed building with a large glass atrium reception area and coffee shop.

If the Slough industrial estate appeals to you then GWE has a great value option on Liverpool Road. Some may recognise the building’s exterior as this was the face of the BBC’s comedy series The Office where it was featured during the opening titles!

Finally if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Slough town and the Bath Road then Baylis House on Stoke Poges Lane will tick all of the boxes for a more serene working environment. A converted mansion set in beautiful woodland and with ample parking makes this serviced office an ideal setting from which to conduct your business activities.

In the face of an uncertain economy, and with such intense competition, the Serviced Office market in Slough is currently offering some really fantastic bargains at genuinely high quality properties.  Whatever your industry and whatever your size you are pretty much guaranteed to find something to suit your company needs at this popular business location.   To view our entire portfolio click here or call us and arrange a tour at one of the above properties today on 0800 085 5050.

  1. The trouble is there’s no getting away from the fact that it’s still Slough, the Queen even tried to get the post code changed so Slough couldn’t be linked with Windsor.
